If we are unable to meet your expectations at the proof stage, we will refund your full deposit should you decide to cancel. Once proofs are approved, all costs for work completed and services provided will be charged, even if the project is later canceled.
We guarantee that all products we produce and deliver will meet our standard specifications or any other specifications outlined on our website, in accordance with accepted industry standards.
Every custom-printed product from self book Publishing is backed by our quality guarantee. If a product is found to have defects in workmanship or quality, or has been shipped or labeled incorrectly, we will either repair or replace it at no cost, or, at our discretion, provide a full or partial refund. This applies provided that written notice of the defect or error is received within thirty (30) days of shipment, and that the issue was not caused by materials provided by you or on your behalf. If we do not receive such notice within the 30-day period, we will be released from any further responsibility.
If we request the return of defective items, they must be sent back in the condition they were received. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from self book Publishing. Refunds or replacements will be adjusted according to the quantity of defective merchandise returned.
We are not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, or other financial damages, whether direct or indirect, arising for any reason.
Orders that have not yet entered manufacturing may be canceled by either party at any time. The customer will be responsible for all expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation, including any pre-manufacturing or manufacturing costs. Following cancellation, any customer materials or completed products will only be released once all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
Unless editing services have been purchased, self book Publishing does not provide editorial review as part of the file approval process for book printing or eBook distribution. All proofs will be printed and delivered exactly as approved.
